When are you open?
We're open Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
What makes your items unique?
Each item in our shop is handcrafted by one of our 35+ local artisans and vendors. Because these pieces are handmade, each one is unique and may have slight variations that add to its character and charm.
Is your online inventory the same as in-store?
Most items shown online are also available in our physical store. However, due to the unique nature of our inventory, we recommend calling ahead to confirm availability of specific items.
Can I request custom orders?
Yes! Many of our vendors welcome custom orders. Please contact us with your specific requirements, and we'll connect you with the appropriate artisan to discuss your custom piece.
Why might items look slightly different from the photos?
Since our items are handcrafted, there may be slight variations in color, pattern, or size compared to the photos. These variations are natural and make each piece special. If you have specific concerns, please contact us before purchasing.
Shipping & Delivery
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your items and delivery distance. We use real-time shipping rates through our Shopify platform to ensure you only pay the actual shipping cost – we don't mark up shipping fees. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes! Store pickup is available as an option during checkout. Select this option to pick up your items at our shop during business hours. Please wait for a confirmation email before coming to the gift shop to pickup your order.
Returns & Payments
What is your return policy?
Since our items come from individual vendors, returns and exchanges are handled directly through the artisan who created your item. Our vendors are typically happy to work with you on replacements or exchanges if you're not satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us, and we'll connect you with the appropriate vendor.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Online: PayPal and all major credit cards
- In-store: Cash, major credit cards, and Apple Pay
Do you offer discounts?
As we represent many small businesses who price their items to reflect fair compensation for their work, we don't frequently offer discounts. However, we recommend signing up for our mailing list to be the first to hear about any special promotions when they occur.
