We strive to connect you with amazing, handcrafted treasures from local artisans. Since each item is lovingly made to order, returns and refunds are handled directly by the vendor who created your piece. In many cases, artisans are happy to remake the item to ensure your satisfaction.

For inquiries about returns or remakes, please contact the vendor directly. We'll be happy to provide you with the vendor's contact information upon request. Unfortunately, due to the nature of handmade goods, we cannot accept returns through our online shop or store.
